Only the server owner. Your moderators and admins get the unlocked features without paying anything or even having an account.
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Footers revert to the default, hosted transcripts go back to file attachments, and statistics and ticket analytics show the last 7 days again. Your settings, tickets, and history stay exactly where they are.
The subscription applies to servers you own on Discord. If you want it on a server you do not own, its owner is the one who subscribes.
